The MCHF/MCDHF Database is a NIST collection of transition data from relativistic theories computed by different computational methods. The Landé gJ factor is provided for a few collections. Data is accessed by selecting an element from the periodic table, then a spectrum, a reference number, and a property. Atomic structure codes used in the calculations, including HFFortran95, ATSP, ATSP2K and GRASP2K, are available for download.

PhageDive is a database for bacteriophages and archaeal viruses, built on the BacDive model. It gathers and links experimental data and metadata for viruses held in culture collections, covering taxonomy, host strain, phage morphology, life cycle, origin and genomic data. An Advanced search supports queries such as finding phages that infect a given strain.
PubData is the institutional repository of the Leuphana University of Lüneburg. It lets researchers, teachers, students and cooperation partners archive and publish research data and publications free of charge. Publications appear in open access, while access to research data may be free or restricted. The whole collection is searchable worldwide and reusable under the specified usage licence.

ResearchWorks Archive is the University of Washington's digital institutional repository for disseminating scholarly work. It hosts collections including dissertations and theses, faculty and researcher data and papers, student research papers, and content from University of Washington Bothell, University of Washington Tacoma, and University of Washington Press. The university partners with the Dryad generalist data repository for dataset deposits.
The SBGrid Data Bank is a repository for publishing X-ray diffraction, MicroED, LLSM datasets and structural models. Structural biologists can deposit datasets, and each deposited dataset receives a unique DOI and landing page. Visitors can access Laboratory and Institutional Collections and browse published datasets. Datasets can be downloaded via rsync, and each published dataset generates its own citation.
