Data WA is a portal for discovering Western Australian public sector data and connecting with the broader data community. Its catalogue provides access to datasets supplied by organisations across the public sector, organised by subject areas such as environment, transport, natural resources and health care.
RADAR4Chem, hosted at radar4chem.radar-service.eu, is a research data archive that is part of the RADAR research data repository family. It is available in German and English, and enables users to search and filter the latest data publications by attributes including creators, publishers, production year, language, subject areas, resource type, license, rights holders, community, keywords, and ontologies. The platform also provides access to repository information including its privacy policy, terms and conditions, legal notices, and accessibility declaration.
The Human Oral Microbiome Database (eHOMD) provides curated information on bacteria in the human mouth and aerodigestive tract. It hosts a taxonomy with a provisional naming scheme for currently unnamed taxa, alongside genomic, 16S rRNA and phage data. Of 836 taxa, 547 are primarily oral and 45 primarily nasal. The site offers BLAST, genome viewers, trees and downloads.
The Climate Commons Data Catalog is a browsable and searchable catalog focused on climate change data relevant to natural resource conservation in California. It organizes datasets into categories and lists raster and other data with subjects, coverage and resolution, including downscaled climate models, sea-level rise projections and conservation prioritization.
MINDS@UW is an open repository of the Universities of Wisconsin. It allows searching of research papers, theses, datasets, student projects and other scholarly materials, and browsing collections by UW campus. New submissions must meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA accessibility guidelines, and the submitter is responsible for meeting these standards.
The YRC Public Image Repository is a database of fluorescent microscopy images depicting the localization, co-localization and FRET of proteins in cells, particularly in the budding yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae. The full dataset can be downloaded, and a form allows searching, viewing and downloading subsets. It reports 131,490 experiments, 1,348,013 images and 4,400 GO terms represented.
