Birkbeck Data Repository is a pilot service run by the library that allows researchers at Birkbeck to upload data and obtain a DOI. Data is stored on an Arkivum server, and the repository supports browsing by year, school or person, quick and advanced search, and OAI 2.0.
MCHF/MCDHF Database
The MCHF/MCDHF Database is a NIST collection of transition data from relativistic theories computed by different computational methods. The Landé gJ factor is provided for a few collections. Data is accessed by selecting an element from the periodic table, then a spectrum, a reference number, and a property. Atomic structure codes used in the calculations, including HFFortran95, ATSP, ATSP2K and GRASP2K, are available for download.

0PROFILES is a registry for studying the physical and psychosocial impact of cancer and its treatment, based on a growing population-based cohort of short- and long-term cancer survivors. Researchers from IKNL and Tilburg University use it with hospital specialists to set up studies, collect patient-reported data, and link it to clinical data from the Netherlands cancer registry.

0JASPAR is an open-access database of curated, non-redundant transcription factor binding profiles from six taxonomic groups. It stores manually curated binding preferences as position frequency matrices that can be converted into models for scanning DNA sequences and predicting transcription factor binding sites. From 2026 it also stores deep learning models and discovered position frequency matrices linked to its PFM collections.

0The Research Vessel Observation Database publishes observational data from research vessels including Hakuho-Maru, Shinsei-Maru and Tansei-Maru. Data from FY2019 onward are stored by JAMSTEC and released sequentially after the publication moratorium period expires, while the Atmosphere and Ocean Research Institute works on releasing earlier data. The site offers cruise lists, data searches and CTD cast searches.
