Chunk Tuner is a tool that benchmarks chunking strategies for a RAG corpus and recommends a configuration. It benchmarks strategies such as fixed-token windows, recursive character splitting, semantic splitting and PDF structural chunking, scoring each against retrieval metrics. It is available as a Python library, a CLI and an MCP server.

climin is a Python package for optimization that is heavily biased toward machine learning scenarios, distributed under the BSD 3-clause license. It works on top of numpy and partially gnumpy, and was started in winter 2011 by Christian Osendorfer and Justin Bayer.
Cog is an open-source tool that packages machine learning models in standard, production-ready containers. Users define the environment in a configuration file, and it generates a Docker image with Nvidia base images and dependency caching. Model inputs and outputs are defined in Python, from which Cog generates an OpenAPI schema and an HTTP inference server. Models can be deployed to own infrastructure or Replicate.
Cogitare is a modern, fast, modular deep learning and machine learning framework for Python built on top of PyTorch, with a user-friendly interface for beginners and advanced toolsets for experts.
Colibri Core is an NLP tool and a C++ and Python library for working with basic linguistic constructions such as n-grams and skipgrams, i.e. patterns with one or more gaps of fixed or dynamic size. It counts and extracts patterns from large corpus data. The central tool, colibri-patternmodeller, builds, views, manipulates and queries pattern models.
CrewAI is an open-source Python framework for orchestrating role-playing, autonomous AI agents. It provides high-level abstractions and low-level APIs for building multi-agent workflows, combining autonomous collaboration through Crews with event-driven control through Flows.
d3py is a plotting library for Python based on D3. It builds on d3.js and the pandas DataFrame module to plot data from the command line or simple scripts into a browser window. Its README describes the code as an experiment, notes that it is not actively developed, and points to vincent as an alternative.
Dagster is an open source, cloud-native data pipeline orchestrator for the data development lifecycle, with integrated lineage and observability. Users declare data assets as Python functions, and Dagster runs them and keeps assets up to date. It is designed for developing and maintaining data assets such as tables, data sets, machine learning models, and reports.
Dash is an open-source Python library for building data applications and dashboards without requiring JavaScript expertise. It is maintained by Plotly and hosted on the company's public GitHub repository, where users can access source code and contribute to the project.
Collect, clean and visualize your data in Python.
A python library for accurate and scalable fuzzy matching, record deduplication and entity-resolution.
DeepDetect is a deep learning runtime, command-line tool and REST server for training and inference. It provides Python wheel variants for CPU and GPU environments and a command-line interface with profiles such as object detection and semantic segmentation. YAML configuration files make runs repeatable. It handles images, text, tabular data, time series, object-detection boxes and segmentation masks through a single API surface.
deepface is a lightweight Python library for face recognition and facial attribute analysis. It supports analysis of age, gender, emotion, and race attributes from facial data. The project is hosted as an open source repository on GitHub.
Deepnote is a drop-in replacement for Jupyter with an AI-first design. It uses the Deepnote kernel, adds block types, native data integrations and an AI agent, and supports Python, R and SQL locally in an IDE before scaling to Deepnote Cloud for collaboration and deployable data apps.
DeepPavlov is an open-source library for deep learning end-to-end dialog systems and chatbots. Version 1.0 is described as an NLP framework built on PyTorch and transformers for modular, configuration-driven development of NLP models, intended for practitioners with limited NLP/ML knowledge. It supports Linux, Windows 10+ through WSL/WSL2, and MacOS Big Sur+ on Python 3.6 to 3.10.
DeepSearch is a powerful Python-based OSINT utility that leverages Google's advanced search operators to perform comprehensive digital footprint analysis.
Detecto is a Python package for building computer vision and object detection models with PyTorch. It supports inference on still images and videos, transfer learning on custom datasets, and serialization of models to files, and is distributed under an MIT license.
Determined is an open-source machine learning platform that simplifies distributed training, hyperparameter tuning, experiment tracking, and resource management. It works with PyTorch and TensorFlow, offering a Python library, command line interface, and web UI for managing machine learning workflows.
Detextify is a Python library that removes unwanted pseudo-text from images generated by generative AI models. It runs text detection on an image, masks the detected text boxes and in-paints the masked regions until the image is text-free, either locally or through existing APIs.
An API wrapper for Discord written in Python.
Discover is a Discord overlay for Linux written in Python using GTK3. It can show who is currently talking on Discord or display text and images from a preconfigured channel. It is fully customisable and can be positioned anywhere on the screen. The project states support for X11 and wlroots-based environments and offers command-line controls for starting, hiding and voice actions.
Django-WebApp is a web application built with Python and Django in which users can log in, upload files, and view and download files uploaded by other users. Users can search for and view other users' profiles, set a profile picture, and share uploaded files with other users. Files of many types can be uploaded.
Brigadier is a Python script for Windows and OS X that fetches the Boot Camp ESD (Electronic Software Distribution) for a specific Mac model from Apple's software update server. It unpacks layers of archives inside the flat package and, when run on Windows with the --install option, runs the 64-bit MSI installer. On Windows, archives are unpacked using 7-Zip.
