Weka is open-source machine learning software issued under the GNU General Public License. It runs in Java and is presented as a workbench for data mining, with download, documentation, courses and FAQ resources and datasets available on the project site.
Cog
Cog is an open-source tool that packages machine learning models in standard, production-ready containers. Users define the environment in a configuration file, and it generates a Docker image with Nvidia base images and dependency caching. Model inputs and outputs are defined in Python, from which Cog generates an OpenAPI schema and an HTTP inference server. Models can be deployed to own infrastructure or Replicate.

0Stan is software for Bayesian data analysis that combines statistical modeling capabilities with user-friendly interfaces and open-source development. Its probabilistic programming language supports applications from simple linear regression to multi-level models and time-series analysis. Interfaces exist for Python, Julia, R, and the Unix shell, usable on laptops, clusters, or in the cloud. Official documentation covers the language, inference algorithms, and built-in functions.

0A guide explaining MLOps concepts and how to build an MLOps environment. It covers theory and a tutorial using tools such as DVC, CML, IBM Watson Machine Learning, IBM Watson OpenScale, Terraform and Cookiecutter. The guide is described as modular, allowing tools to be swapped according to project preferences and use cases.
