The KNMI Data Platform (KDP) is an open-access repository for datasets maintained or generated by the Royal Netherlands Meteorological Institute (KNMI), covering weather, climate, and seismology topics. It replaced the KNMI Data Centre in 2020. All datasets are free to use, with metadata browsable on the platform website and data accessible via APIs including Open Data, WMS, and EDR APIs.
World Data Center of Microorganisms
The World Data Centre for Microorganisms is a global microbial resources data center. It applies information technology to improve access to and use of data and information and to optimize the interoperability of microbial data. It facilitates the exchange of open data and supports international open science exchanges and cooperation between scientists from culture collections and other user communities.

0The Nucleic Acid Knowledgebase (NAKB) is a portal for 3D structural information about nucleic acids, succeeding the Nucleic Acid Database. It provides annotations, search, reports, statistics, an atlas and visualization for nucleic-acid containing structures held by the NDB and the Protein Data Bank, covering X-ray, electron microscopy and NMR methods. Each structure links to external resources annotating and analyzing nucleic acid structures and their complexes.

A compilation of approximately 923,000 allowed, intercombination and forbidden atomic transitions with wavelengths from 0.5 Å to 1000 µm. Wavelengths are calculated from energy-level differences rather than observed values. Its primary intention is to allow identification of observed atomic absorption or emission features, using a selection tool that applies wavelength and other criteria. Most energy level data come from the NIST Atomic Spectra Database.

0NativeBio is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit data repository and research center described as dedicated to advancing Indigenous health and tribal self-governance. It is presented as an Indigenous and independent source for data sovereignty, research, and biodata storage, and the site points visitors to a Tribal Data Repository (TDR). Its research sections cover microbial genomics and a tribal wastewater project.

0SSHADE is an interoperable solid spectroscopy database infrastructure providing spectral and photometric data from gamma to radio wavelengths. Measured samples include ices, minerals, rocks, organic and carbonaceous materials, and liquids. It contains specialized databases from various research groups, mostly from Europe, and can also be searched through the VESPA virtual observatory.
