IG PAS Data Portal is an open data platform for the Institute of Geophysics Polish Academy of Sciences. It is used to collect and share IG PAS data, including access to data from external repositories.

Data types include GNSS, synthetic aperture radar, lidar/SfM, strain and seismic borehole data, and tropospheric data; most are accessible via web services.

It provides data and analysis resources to the global research community, including genomic data on pediatric cancers, cancer survivorship and non-cancerous diseases. Its applications cover a genomics platform, a pediatric cancer knowledge base, visualizations, and patient-derived xenograft data.
