PANGAEA is a data publisher for earth and environmental science. Its services are open for archiving, publishing and distributing georeferenced data from earth system research. The World Data Center PANGAEA is a member of the World Data System.
The European Data Portal is a single point of access to open data from European countries, EU institutions, agencies and bodies. It offers learning paths, metadata quality resources, data stories, an academy with free courses, bulk download tools and dataset harvesting. It also hosts studies on the impact of open data in Europe.
WOVOdat is a global database on volcanic unrest maintained by WOVO and hosted at the Earth Observatory of Singapore. It offers tools including data search by volcano, Boolean searches, side-by-side comparisons, and a web service for data retrieval. Submitted data is converted into XML format and stored in a MySQL database system.
Web GIS presenting raw survey data from the Wadi Abu Dom Itinerary project, developed with the Institute for Geoinformatics of the WWU Muenster. The platform is currently shared with the Doliche research project. It offers a layer tree for loading datasets and background maps such as Open Street Map or Google Earth, and allows uploading gpx or kml data for private comparison.
Bacteriome.org is a database integrating physical protein-protein and functional interactions within an E. coli knowledgebase. It offers a functional interaction network derived from genomic datasets using a Bayesian framework, a core network of high-quality experimentally derived protein-protein interactions, and an extended network including less strongly supported interactions. Users can search by gene name, protein domain or functional category.
Discovery is the University of Dundee's online collection of published research material. It allows searching for articles, books, conference papers and research theses, many openly available as full text, and covers the UN Sustainable Development Goals and recent collaborations and top research areas.
