The Mouse Models of Human Cancer Database (MMHCdb) is a curated resource of mouse models of human cancer. It covers spontaneous and induced mouse tumors, genetically defined models such as inbred, hybrid, mutant and genetically engineered strains, and patient-derived xenograft models. It is intended to help researchers choose experimental models and review mutation patterns in specific cancers.
Yeast Resource Center Public Image Repository
The YRC Public Image Repository is a database of fluorescent microscopy images depicting the localization, co-localization and FRET of proteins in cells, particularly in the budding yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae. The full dataset can be downloaded, and a form allows searching, viewing and downloading subsets. It reports 131,490 experiments, 1,348,013 images and 4,400 GO terms represented.

0iBeetle-Base presents data from the iBeetle screen, a first-pass screen of morphological defects in Tribolium. It provides a genome browser for gene structure, expression and chromatin data, a converter between Drosophila and Tribolium gene IDs, and an ontology viewer for the Tribolium morphological ontology. Gene sets and genome assemblies are available for download.
