It stores manually curated binding preferences as position frequency matrices that can be converted into models for scanning DNA sequences and predicting transcription factor binding sites. From 2026 it also stores deep learning models and discovered position frequency matrices linked to its PFM collections.
The UK Data Archive is described as home to the UK's largest collection of social, economic and population data, covering over 50 years. It provides researchers with training, support and data access as lead partner of the UK Data Service.
The Research Vessel Observation Database publishes observational data from research vessels including Hakuho-Maru, Shinsei-Maru and Tansei-Maru. Data from FY2019 onward are stored by JAMSTEC and released sequentially after the publication moratorium period expires, while the Atmosphere and Ocean Research Institute works on releasing earlier data. The site offers cruise lists, data searches and CTD cast searches.
