The ICDC at the University of Hamburg provides historical hydrographic data from the German Maritime and Hydrographic Agency (BSH). The dataset contains about 7391 digitized temperature and salinity profiles from Nansen casts, covering 1869 to 1969. Data are original and not validated, available via FTP unrestricted or restricted to CEN/MPI networks or external users with an account. Licensed CC-BY-4.0.

The Drosophila Synthetic Population Resource (DSPR) is a panel of over 1,700 recombinant inbred lines of Drosophila melanogaster, derived from two synthetic populations intercrossing eight inbred founder lines each. It serves as a community resource for high-resolution QTL mapping, with genome sequence data for founders and a genetic map for each line.
The European Climate Assessment & Dataset project presents information on changes in weather and climate extremes and the daily dataset used to monitor and analyse them. It receives data from 89 participants for 65 countries at 26325 meteorological stations, and 86% of daily series can be downloaded for non-commercial research and education. The E-OBS gridded dataset covers 1950-01-01 to 2025-12-31.
PathCards is an integrated database of human biological pathways and their annotations. Human pathways are clustered into SuperPaths based on gene content similarity, and each PathCard describes one SuperPath that represents one or more human pathways. It contains 1,686 SuperPath entries consolidated from 11 selected web sources and is modeled on the GeneCards database architecture.
