Discuss Data is an open platform for archiving, sharing and discussing research data on Eastern Europe, South Caucasus and Central Asia. Published datasets receive a DOI as a permalink and citation source. Fine-grained license and access settings range from open to restricted data. The platform is in beta and free of charge.
