SSHADE is an interoperable solid spectroscopy database infrastructure providing spectral and photometric data from gamma to radio wavelengths. Measured samples include ices, minerals, rocks, organic and carbonaceous materials, and liquids. It contains specialized databases from various research groups, mostly from Europe, and can also be searched through the VESPA virtual observatory.

0The International Mouse Phenotyping Consortium is an international research infrastructure that creates and phenotypes single-gene mouse knockout lines. Data release 24 reports 9,605 knockout genes phenotyped and over 138 million data points. The consortium states it generates its own data rather than aggregating publications, and targets genes that are yet to be studied.

0GDEX is NSF NCAR's platform for discovering, sharing, preserving, and analyzing Earth system science data. It provides a dataset search interface, a data deposit request process, and specialized AI-ready and Zarr format datasets. Web services include an API, a Python client, OAI-PMH metadata harvesting, and CSW metadata exposure. Registered users can run a client utility to submit subset requests on select gridded datasets and download completed outputs.

0The MCHF/MCDHF Database is a NIST collection of transition data from relativistic theories computed by different computational methods. The Landé gJ factor is provided for a few collections. Data is accessed by selecting an element from the periodic table, then a spectrum, a reference number, and a property. Atomic structure codes used in the calculations, including HFFortran95, ATSP, ATSP2K and GRASP2K, are available for download.
