TemplateFlow is a standardized, version-controlled archive and client for neuroimaging templates. It addresses the lack of a centralized resource for programmatic access to brain templates and anatomical atlases, allowing researchers to use existing templates off-the-shelf and share new templates. The archive includes templates from multiple reference spaces, including the Montreal Neurological Institute (MNI) portfolio, Waxholm space and Fischer344 rat neuroimaging templates.
BioGRID ORCS is an open repository of CRISPR screens compiled through curation efforts. Its search index covers publications, genes, screens from major model organism species, cell lines and cell types. Screen data are provided through the search index and available for download in standardized formats, and the data can also be accessed via a REST web service.
VegBank is a public repository for vegetation plot data across North America, maintained by the Ecological Society of America's Vegetation Classification Panel. The data support development of the U.S. National Vegetation Classification and general ecological research. Data are accessible via the vegbankr R package and a REST API; uploading plot data requires contributor permissions granted by the panel.
