jfxr.frozenfractal.com
jfxr is a browser-based tool by @frozenfractal for creating sound effects, with controls for amplitude, pitch, tone, filters and output. The page notes that exporting WAV files is broken on Safari, and saving opens a new tab that can still be saved manually.
