The iPhoneOS Obscura Project maintains a work-in-progress IPA collection on the Internet Archive, aiming to preserve older iOS apps and prevent them from being lost. Most included apps are delisted from the App Store and no longer accessible for download, though not all. Apps are sorted by minimum iOS version.
