The big list blocks ads, phishing, malvertising, malware, spyware, ransomware, cryptojacking and telemetry or tracking, while a separate NSFW list blocks porn, adult, shock and gore domains. Support for HOSTS and domains syntax was discontinued starting January 1st, 2024.
