erine.email
erine.email is a free, open-source anti-spam service for an existing email address. Users pick a username and provide their real address, then hand out a fresh alias to each contact; messages forward to the real inbox. When an alias starts leaking spam, it can be disabled from a dashboard, and mail sent to it is dropped. The project publishes its code and architecture on GitLab.
