clipsey.com
Clipsey is a free tool for downloading Twitch clips. The user pastes a clip URL and selects a quality option; MP4 files are offered at up to 1080p. Registration is not required. A Chrome extension adds a download button directly on Twitch pages, and a separate downloader is available for full Twitch VODs.
