ORDaR is the institutional research data repository for Lorraine's geosciences. Its thematic coverage includes Earth dynamics, Earth chemistry, mineral and energy resources, the resource cycle, deep geological waste disposal, hydromechanics, soil and subsoil environmental management, water, ecotoxicology and biodiversity.
HALO-DB is a web platform for data retrieval and long-term archiving of data from observations of the HALO research aircraft and related data. Its metadata is publicly available, while primary data is open to registered mission members and may become public after a waiting period.
NORMAN SusDat is a living database that merges chemical lists from the NORMAN Suspect List Exchange into a common format for screening purposes. It includes selected identifiers and predicted values and is under constant development. Users should consult the original lists to verify chemical information.
The ProteomeXchange Consortium provides globally coordinated standard data submission and dissemination pipelines involving the main proteomics repositories, and encourages open data policies in the field. Public PXD datasets can be browsed at ProteomeCentral. It supports MS/MS proteomics and SRM data submission, with other proteomics data possible through a partial submission mechanism.
The TCCON Data Archive provides column-averaged abundances of gases such as CO2 and CH4 retrieved from ground-based Fourier Transform Spectrometers. Data in netCDF format are publicly available no later than one year after the spectra are recorded, and files include column averaging kernels and a priori profiles. A stand-alone program and linelists can be downloaded.
