Distrod is a systemd-based meta-distro for WSL 2 that installs distributions such as Ubuntu, Arch Linux and Gentoo with systemd, or makes a current distro run systemd. It provides a built-in auto-start feature and a port forwarding service, allowing systemd-managed services to start on Windows startup and be reachable from outside Windows.
