sandstorm.org
Sandstorm is an open source platform for self-hosting web apps. Each document, chat room or other item is containerized in its own sandbox, and items stay private until shared through a unified access control interface. Apps are installed from an App Market and receive automatic updates. Users can run it on their own machines or on hosting services.
