The SPDX License List is part of the SPDX Specification and lists commonly found licenses and exceptions used in free and open or collaborative software, data, hardware or documentation. Each entry includes a standardized short identifier, full name, license text and a canonical permanent URL. License Exceptions are used with the "WITH" license expression operator.
