Nursing Home Inspect is a ProPublica tool for searching inspection reports on more than 14,000 nursing homes in the United States. Users can search over 90,000 inspection reports, look for trends or patterns, evaluate nursing homes near them and compare nursing homes by state. It also presents state figures on serious deficiencies, average fines and delayed inspections.
