Multithreaded Download Manager is a Firefox browser extension. It downloads files using multiple simultaneous connections to the server, which may improve download speed depending on network conditions. Users can adjust Firefox configuration settings to use more than 6 download threads. The extension does not collect or upload user data, and requires sufficient disk space as files are first stored in Firefox's internal storage.
