MindForger is a desktop application for Linux presented as a thinking notebook and Markdown editor for personal knowledge management. It stores notes in Markdown, computes associations between notes locally, and automatically turns notebook and note names in text into links in the preview. It is also available for other platforms through packages listed in its installation documentation.
