HotkeyP is a free tool for assigning keyboard, mouse, WinLIRC and joystick shortcuts to exe files, documents, folders, web pages and commands. Supported commands include shutdown, hibernate, desktop resolution, volume, process priority, eject CD, wallpaper, always on top, hide active window, kill process and paste text. Multimedia keyboards, five mouse buttons and the mouse wheel are supported, and shortcuts can be organized into categories.
