Gajim is a free, fully featured chat app for XMPP, developed by volunteers as open source software using Python and GTK. It supports end-to-end encryption and syncs chats across devices with a provider of the user's choice. It is interoperable with other chat apps and runs on Windows, macOS, and Linux.
