FoliCon is a tool for customizing movie, show, music, anime, and games folder icons with poster artwork and rating shields. It supports TMDB or IGDB rating badges, built-in overlay designs, and Plex standard naming with Title (Year) {tmdb/imdb/tvdb-id} folder structures. Credentials stay on the machine, encrypted with Windows DPAPI.
