DNSveil is a Windows DNS client supporting DNSCrypt, Anonymized DNSCrypt, DoH, DoT and plain DNS over UDP and TCP. It can find fastest secure DNS servers, create local plain DNS and DoH servers, use per-domain rules, and bypass SNI/DNS-based blocked websites through fragment or fake SNI. The project states it is open source and not a VPN; it does not change the user's IP address.
