Baulk is a minimalist, portable package manager for Windows written in C++20. It decompresses msi, exe and archive packages into each package's own directory, provides environment isolation and virtual environments for switching distributions, and offers zip, tar and Unscrew Extractor decompression tools. A compatibility mode supports limited use of scoop manifests.
