anon.to
anon.to is an anonymous URL shortener and redirect tool. It shortens or redirects any URL while hiding the referrer so destination sites do not see the visitor's origin, and it states that clicks, visitors and personal data are not tracked. Redirects occur over encrypted HTTPS connections.
