It provides access to real-time and over 135 years of historical water data, tools to save favorite monitoring locations, create water alerts, and programmatic access to data via APIs. NONCODE is an integrated knowledge database dedicated to non-coding RNAs, excluding tRNAs and rRNAs, with a focus on lncRNAs. The current version is v6.0. It offers browsing by species and type, searching entries, statistics, BLAST similarity searches, disease-related information, genome locations, ID conversion, downloads, predicted functions and cross-species conservation.
DRUM is the Digital Repository at the University of Maryland. It collects, preserves and provides public access to the university's scholarly output, and faculty and researchers can upload research products. It includes UMD theses and dissertations from 2003 forward. Submission requires UMD credentials.
The Yeast Resource Center is an NIGMS Biomedical Technology Research Center based at the University of Washington in Seattle. It develops technology applied to biomedical problems, offers software and research articles, and allows researchers to collaborate using its technology and expertise. Its work includes biosensor development and protein cross-linking mass spectrometry combined with structural modelling.
