The U.S. Joint Global Ocean Flux Study (U.S. JGOFS) was a national component of international JGOFS, launched in the late 1980s to study the ocean carbon cycle. Its goal was to understand the controls on the concentrations and fluxes of carbon and associated nutrients in the ocean. The program ended in 2005 with the conclusion of the Synthesis and Modeling Project (SMP).
Phenol-Explorer is a database on polyphenol content in foods with over 35,000 content values for 500 polyphenols in more than 400 foods. It also includes data on polyphenol metabolism and the effects of food processing, and allows simple and advanced queries.
META-SHARE is a network of distributed repositories for language resources, including datasets and basic language processing tools, documented with metadata for uniform search and access. Members maintain repositories using open source META-SHARE software or deposit resources in hosting repositories. Third parties can search the network and acquire resources under licensing terms.

HCUPnet is an online query system providing immediate access to health statistics. HCUP also offers databases, software tools, reports and tutorials, and data may be purchased through the HCUP Central Distributor.
The Satellite Application Facility on Climate Monitoring provides satellite-derived products and services for climate monitoring. Its web user interface helps users search and order products online, and service messages provide operational information.
The New Mexico EPSCoR collection within the University of New Mexico Digital Repository provides access to research data from New Mexico EPSCoR projects. It includes the Energize New Mexico and SMART Grid Center collections and offers browsing and search tools.
