DigiMorph is a digital library at the University of Texas focused on the skull and skeleton, from fossils to embryos and adults of living species. It provides slice-by-slice animations, animated volumetric and 3D surface renderings, references and archival museum data for each specimen, and it serves as an archive of high-resolution X-ray computed tomography of biological specimens.
STOREDB
STOREDB is a platform for archiving and sharing primary data outputs from research on low dose radiation. It also provides a directory of bioresources and databases that investigators are willing to share. Studies can be published as open access or restricted, in which case downloaders must ask the uploader for file access. STOREDB is maintained by the Bundesamt fuer Strahlenschutz.

PhageDive is a database for bacteriophages and archaeal viruses, built on the BacDive model. It gathers and links experimental data and metadata for viruses held in culture collections, covering taxonomy, host strain, phage morphology, life cycle, origin and genomic data. An Advanced search supports queries such as finding phages that infect a given strain.

0The Allele Frequency Net Database is a freely available repository for immune gene frequencies in worldwide populations. Users can contribute allele, haplotype and genotype data and search existing records. HLA datasets are classified into Gold-Silver-Bronze standards, and a second version is in development.

0PlaBi dataBase is a plant genomics portal focused on eight crop plants and Arabidopsis thaliana. It provides protein, cDNA and genomic sequences for protein-coding genes, PFAM conserved domains, a JBrowser genome browser for some plants, and orthologous protein search based on MCL clustering.
