Research data portal for exploring atmospheric, oceanography and climate records, including datasets.
U.S. GLOBEC (GLOBal Ocean ECosystems Dynamics) is a multi-disciplinary research program designed by oceanographers, fishery scientists and marine ecologists to examine the potential impact of global climate change on ocean ecosystems. It is a component of the U.S. Global Change Research Program and aims to understand how climate change and variability affect marine ecosystem structure and fishery production.
StudyForrest is a dataset collection built around the movie Forrest Gump, providing reproducible complex sensory input for brain research. It includes fMRI scans, structural brain scans, eye-tracking data and extensive annotations of the movie. The project offers reference datasets for benchmarking brain imaging algorithms and for studying cognition under natural stimulation.
The FIU Research Data Portal is an inter-disciplinary data archive supporting access to and reuse of research data produced at FIU. Researchers can find, share and publish finalized research data sets, including code, documentation and metadata. Datasets can be published into the main portal or collected into departmental or project collections called a dataverse.
NeuroElectro is a project that extracts information about the electrophysiological properties of diverse neuron types from existing literature and places it into a centralized database. It aims to support discovery of neuron-to-neuron relationships and understanding of functional diversity across neuron types. Data is offered via bulk download and a RESTful API.
The TR32DB is the project database of the DFG-funded Transregional Collaborative Research Centre 32. It archives and provides research data created by project participants, including measured and modeled data, reports, presentations, publications, and pictures, with corresponding metadata. Download access may be restricted depending on rights.
Open Tree of Life is a project that aims to make phylogenetic knowledge more accessible. The platform enables users to explore previously published phylogenetic tree estimates and synthetic phylogeny estimates generated from multiple datasets. Users can contribute to the project by uploading trees or linking trees in the system to the underlying data they are based on, to help improve the system's comprehensiveness.
