Always Active Window is a browser extension that spoofs the visible state of selected web pages. It modifies DOM visibility properties and blocks visibility change events so that pages and servers treat the page as active. It also keeps requestAnimationFrame running on hidden tabs. It is intended for pages that only provide content while visible.
PWAsForFirefox
PWAsForFirefox is a tool for installing, managing and using Progressive Web Apps in Mozilla Firefox. Because Firefox does not support installing PWAs as standalone system apps, the project provides a custom modified Firefox runtime, a console tool and a browser extension. Installed PWAs run in their own windows without tabs or an address bar.
