The Carbohydrate-Active enZYmes Database is a specialist database, online since 1998, describing families of structurally-related catalytic and carbohydrate-binding modules of enzymes that degrade, modify, or create glycosidic bonds. Data can be browsed by sequence-based families or by genome content, with new genomes added after GenBank releases. It also offers automatic annotation and human curation services for data.
North Dakota GIS Hub
The GIS Hub is operated by the North Dakota State Geospatial Committee and North Dakota Information Technology. It is an infrastructure of geospatial data storage, web services, and application interfaces that supports state agencies' GIS development and shares common interest data with other government levels and the public. A data portal and Hub Explorer mapping tool provide access.
