MADATA is the University of Mannheim's research data repository. It invites researchers and faculty to submit research data and make it accessible online for reference and further investigation. It provides DOIs for research data, an OAI-PMH interface for metadata harvesting, and a SPARQL endpoint for a MADATA subset at Wikidata.
Kinsources is a collaborative web platform for sharing, archiving, analysing and comparing kinship data for scientific use. Users can browse and search the repository by combined data and metadata criteria, and datasets can be listed by topic areas such as region or marriage rates. The site reports figures including 127 datasets, 798,519 individuals and 266,785 unions.
The TextGrid Repository is a long-term archive for humanities research data, offering a searchable, reusable repository of texts and images. Most texts are XML/TEI encoded alongside plain text, and a beta Annotation Viewer allows users to load texts from the repository and annotate them in a web application. An errata page lists known errors in digital library metadata.

GlycomeDB was a metadatabase of carbohydrate structures that has become part of GlyTouCan. Its glycan structures and related cross-reference and taxon annotation data were migrated to GlyTouCan, the international glycan structure repository. GlyTouCan assigns globally unique accession numbers and allows individual researchers to register their own structures.
arrayMap is a Progenetix collection subset containing samples for which the probe-specific array was used for data generation. Individual array probe plots for these samples are accessible through the sample details pages.
IU DataCORE is an open-access institutional data repository for sharing, long-term preservation and discovery of research data from Indiana University researchers. Submitting datasets requires permissions obtained by contacting IU Libraries Research Data Services.
