Kochi Core Center is a research facility jointly managed by Kochi University and JAMSTEC. It conducts marine core analyses and research, stores core samples, performs IODP curation services, and engages in educational and outreach activities. The center also functions as one of the three IODP core sample storage facilities.
SASBDB is a curated repository for small angle scattering data and models of biological macromolecules. It holds experimental data sets and models, deposited with experimental conditions, sample details, and derived models with fits to the data. The repository is browsable and searchable by organism, macromolecule type, model type, and other keywords.

UNITE is a database and sequence management environment centered on the eukaryotic nuclear ribosomal ITS region. It clusters all eukaryotic ITS sequences from the International Nucleotide Sequence Database Collaboration to approximately the species level, and assigns a DOI to each species hypothesis. Precompiled reference datasets are available for download, and some features require registration.
The HMS LINCS Database is a Harvard Medical School project providing access to publicly available LINCS datasets. It includes information on experimental reagents such as small molecules, cells, antibodies and proteins, along with experimental and data analysis protocols. Datasets can be browsed or searched, and detailed protocol and results information is available for each entry.
