A guide covering iOS jailbreaking, from stock devices to jailbroken ones. It explains what jailbreaking is, whether it is legal, package managers and tweaks, and what a jailbroken device can do. It also describes risks before starting, including possible data loss, and recommends backing up the device.

HomeDepot is a jailbreak tool for 32-bit iOS devices on firmware 9.1 through 9.3.4, and for A5(X) devices on 8.0 to 8.4.1. The jailbreak is not persistent, so it must be re-run after each reboot. The application is installed using Sideloadly and typically needs reinstalling every 7 days.
AltStore is a sideloading tool for iOS that lets apps exist on iOS which may not otherwise be allowed on Apple's store. It offers apps from verified developers via AltStore PAL, and a directory of available sources is listed.
A guide on installing palera1n, a jailbreak compatible with A11 and earlier devices on iOS 15.0 and later. It covers installation on macOS and Linux, including running commands and entering DFU mode, with warnings about passcode and SEP functionality on A11 devices.
