The Ligand-Gated Ion Channel Database holds nucleic and proteic sequences of ligand-gated ion channel subunits, one entry per gene, manually constructed and checked. It offers multiple sequence alignments, some phylogenetic studies, and atomic coordinates when available. Development began in 1994 and the resource is now officially frozen; the data and links remain but it is not actively maintained or considered up to date.
International Mouse Strain Resource
The International Mouse Strain Resource is a searchable online database of mouse strains, stocks and mutant ES cell lines available worldwide from repositories. It lists where each resource is held and in what state it is available, and links to descriptive information, mutant alleles, ordering and repository contact. Data is supplied by the strain repository holders.

0The Federated Research Data Repository (FRDR) is a bilingual publishing platform for sharing and preserving Canadian research data. It is a curated, general-purpose repository built for large datasets. Users can create an account, deposit data, reserve a DOI, and publish datasets after internal review by a curation team, with optional embargoes and selective pre-publication sharing. Data is indexed for discovery and anyone may find and download it.
