It is searchable and includes framework descriptions and drawings, crystallographic data, simulated powder diffraction patterns, references and framework chemical compositions. circBase is a database of public circular RNA datasets from several organisms and samples. It allows searching by identifier, gene, genomic position or sequence, retrieving dataset slices through a table browser, and downloading python scripts used to discover circRNAs in ribominus RNA-seq data.
The MDM-Portal is a meta-data registry for creating, analyzing, sharing and reusing medical forms. It serves as infrastructure for academic non-commercial medical research and provides core data sets, common data elements, data standards, code lists and value sets. Researchers can view, discuss, download and export forms in formats including PDF, CSV, Excel, SQL, SPSS and R.
The JEFF Official Releases page is a public portal for the NEA GitLab Joint Evaluated Fission and Fusion Library. It provides links to evaluated and processed nuclear data files developed on the NEA GitLab, including the JEFF-4.0 library released in June 2025 and older JEFF data libraries released between 1986 and 2017.
