COCONUT, short for COlleCtion of Open Natural prodUcTs, is a platform that facilitates natural product research by providing data, tools and related resources while upholding FAIR principles for research data management. It offers access to collections, documentation, a REST API, a public codebase, usage statistics, service health checks and download functionality, with an associated public issue tracker.
NONCODE is an integrated knowledge database dedicated to non-coding RNAs, excluding tRNAs and rRNAs, with a focus on lncRNAs. The current version is v6.0. It offers browsing by species and type, searching entries, statistics, BLAST similarity searches, disease-related information, genome locations, ID conversion, downloads, predicted functions and cross-species conservation.

MUSE-Wide is a shallow MUSE survey in well-studied deep fields with extensive multiwavelength data, including GOODS-S/CDFS and CANDELS-COSMOS. It also serves as a data release page; release DR1 covers 44 fields in CDFS and includes links to reduced cubes, a cutout service and an emission line catalog.
The Western Regional Climate Center provides climate services for the western United States, with interactive web apps, climate maps, drought trackers, station metadata, and monitoring station data feeds. Station coverage spans the western Pacific, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. islands, the Pacific coast and inland to the Rocky Mountains. A legacy site was established at wrcc-archive.dri.edu.
The Latvian Open Data portal is Latvia's open data portal. It publishes news about datasets, including datasets published by first-tier state enterprises, and reports on government decisions to open geospatial datasets. The portal covers open data competitions and hackathons.
