The BonaRes Repository is a free, open data infrastructure for publishing and accessing research data related to soil, agriculture, and ecology. It allows researchers to deposit datasets and receive a digital object identifier (DOI) for each published item. Additional services include a long-term field experiment map, a soil profile database, community engagement resources, and supporting materials for soil data research.

SimTK is a platform enabling open access to biomedical simulation tools and models. It hosts projects with cloud-based storage, version control, wikis, forums, mailing lists, issue trackers, and GitHub integration. Files can receive DOIs, and projects can form communities.
The ACE Science Center supports collaborative work on data from the Advanced Composition Explorer spacecraft and ensures the data are archived and publicly available. It handles Level 1 and Browse Data processing and distributes science data to the community, and prepares data for archiving at NASA SPDF. All ACE data is in the HDF data format.
