PHI-base is a curated database of molecular and biological information on pathogen genes shown to affect the outcome of pathogen-host interactions. It also records target sites of some anti-infective chemistries and covers pathogens, hosts, diseases, ontologies, taxonomies and literature citations. Users can search, run BLAST searches for homologs and phenotypes, download data and submit published phenotype data.
BioData Catalyst
NHLBI BioData Catalyst (BDC) is a resource that brings together longitudinal, phenotypic, and genomic data so researchers can discover, combine, and analyze data at scale without managing complex infrastructure. It hosts over 500 datasets spanning 26 distinct data types and more than 5 petabytes of data, and provides secure, scalable cloud environments and reusable analytical resources alongside the data.
