Arias Montano is the Institutional Repository of the University of Huelva. It is a repository of digital documents intended to publicize the scientific and teaching production of the university community and to ensure preservation of productions in digital format.
The Beckett Digital Manuscript Project is a collaboration between manuscript and textual research centres to reunite the manuscripts of Samuel Beckett's works in digital form. It brings together digital facsimiles of documents held in different libraries and adds transcriptions, tools for bilingual and genetic version comparison, a search engine, and analysis of textual genesis. Access to the archive requires an access code.
FAPESP COVID-19 Data Sharing/BR is an open repository of COVID-19 datasets, initiated by FAPESP with the University of São Paulo and other health institutions. It provides pseudonymized demographic, clinical and laboratory exam data, plus hospitalization and outcome information when available. Datasets are downloadable at no charge under a CC-BY license, and the repository is updated periodically.

Structures from the Protein Data Bank are split into domains and classified by class, architecture, topology and homologous superfamily. Gene3D adds sequence data from UniProtKB and Ensembl, assigning domains to superfamilies.
