iCustom is a free webapp for customizing iOS app icons on iPhone and iPad without jailbreaking. It generates custom homescreen shortcuts to launch apps, websites and more, using webclips, URL schemes and configuration profiles. It works only for apps that provide a URL scheme, and shortcuts lack force touch and notifications.
