WindowTextExtractor is a Windows system tool that extracts text from modal windows, buttons, textboxes and lists. It shows passwords stored behind asterisks in most Windows apps, shows window and process information and environment variables, and can show or hide desktop windows. It also takes window screenshots, records window streams to avi and supports OCR on Windows 10 and 11.
