tagspaces.org
TagSpaces is a free, open-source file organizer for Windows, macOS, Linux and the web. It adds color-coded tags to files and folders without a database, so tags travel with the files, and it stores notes as standard text files. Files can be previewed, web content collected via a browser extension, and syncing is left to optional tools. It works offline without login.
